The Dentist Referral Portal is designed to help practices confidently refer patients for specialist treatment when cases fall outside their clinical scope or available resources.
Whether a referral is required due to equipment, expertise, or time constraints, the portal provides a fast and reliable way to connect your patients with our experienced team of specialist dentists and clinicians.
Built to simplify and accelerate the referral process, the portal allows you to submit, monitor, and manage referrals efficiently, ensuring continuity of care and clear communication at every stage. Developed with compliance, reliability, and ease of use at its core, it supports seamless collaboration between practices while delivering a smooth, professional, and reassuring experience for patients throughout their treatment journey.

Dentist Portal FAQs
How do I submit a new referral?
You can submit a referral by selecting “Refer a Patient” from your dashboard or the navigation menu. The guided form will prompt you for all required details including patient information, treatment type, and any supporting documentation.
Can I track the progress of my referrals?
Yes. Visit the “View Referrals” page from your dashboard or the navigation and you will see a list of all of the referrals that you have made. Here you can see a summary of each referral, where you can click to view more details including all updates posted by the portal team and clinicians. You can also print your referral if required for your records.
What should I do if I need to upload additional documents after submitting a referral?
Simply open the individual referral and write a message, upload any relevant documents and click “Reply”. This will notify our team automatically.
Where will my patient be treated?
The treatment location will depend on several factors, including the type of treatment required, the most appropriate clinician, and convenience for the patient. Our portal team will review each referral and discuss the most suitable and convenient clinic option with your patient.
If you have specified a preferred clinic when submitting the referral, we will always do our best to accommodate this, subject to clinical suitability and availability.
What happens after the referred treatment has been completed?
Once the referred treatment has been completed, the patient is formally returned to your care. You will be kept informed throughout the referral process with relevant updates, and notified when the case has been closed, ensuring continuity of care and a clear handover back to your practice.
